Rowan Rotary is committed to helping young people in our community become the best leaders they can be.  Annually since 1988, Rowan Rotary has provided scholarships to the Broyhill Leadership Conference for local high school students.  Two students (rising sophomores, juniors or seniors) are selected by each local high school to attend this four-day program, held at a nearby college campus.  Students attending the conference develop their skills in organization, time management, com
munications and team leadership, and make use of these skills in various school and community activities.
